Community Purpose

"I am because of the others" - Our core principle

  • Your development as an HPtE practitioner doesn't happen in isolation. It happens through relationships, practice, feedback, and collective learning. The Conflict Club community is where:

  • Practitioners support practitioners - peer learning accelerates development

  • Conflicts become teaching - every breakthrough one person achieves becomes learning for all

  • Vulnerability creates growth - sharing your edges makes everyone stronger

  • Mastery is relational - we become capable together, not alone

Community Guidelines

  • Confidentiality - What's shared in the community stays in the community. Members may share their own experiences externally, but not others' stories.

  • Curiosity Over Judgment - We practice the facilitation stance we're developing: curious, not knowing, genuinely interested in understanding.

  • Vulnerability & Growth Edge - Growth happens at the edges of competence. Sharing where you're stuck or struggling accelerates everyone's learning.

  • Generosity & Support - When you see opportunities to help others, offer your perspective. When you need support, ask directly.

  • Methodology Integrity - We're building practitioner capability, not diluting the methodology. Maintain rigour while exploring applications.

  • Relational Identity - Remember "together" - your mastery develops through relationships, not despite them. Engage collaboratively.
