Free Webinar Recording

In this webinar, I show you how I use a powerful systems thinking approach with one of the world's best behavioural models - the Human Synergistics circumplex.

I am joined by Clarke Ching and Graham Scott, global leaders in the application of The Theory Constraints Thinking Processes.

Systems Thinking

Theory of Constraints

“In its brief 20-year history, Goldratt's Theory of Constraints (TOC) methodology has evolved into a systems methodology that links elements of both soft and hard systems methods. The major component of TOC that underpins all the other parts of the methodology is the TOC Thinking Processes, a suite of logic trees that provide a roadmap for change. They guide the user through the decision making process of problem structuring, problem identification, solution building, identification of barriers to be overcome, and implementation of the solution.”

Human Synergistics International

The Circumplex

Human Synergistics International specialises in developing and providing tools, information, and proven change strategies that help enable individuals to reach their potential, groups to realise synergy, and organisations to achieve sustainability.

The Human Synergistics Circumplex provides a way to see, measure, and change the thinking and behavioral styles proven to drive the performance of not only individuals, but also groups and organizations.

Workplace Performance

Coach | Facilitator | Trainer | Strategic Mentor

Karl Perry

Karl is a thinking coach who helps people and organisations get unstuck. Where most of us meet a conflict and reach for compromise — split the difference, everyone loses a little, call it maturity — Karl works the conflict until it dissolves: finding what holds you where you are, what you're quietly protecting, and the assumption keeping the whole dilemma in place.

He built HPtE on the Theory of Constraints Thinking Processes — tools most people reserve for factories and supply chains — and turned them on the messiest system of all: the human one. The bottlenecks we carry around in our own heads. The tensions that quietly run teams into the ground. His work doesn't treat conflict as something to smooth over or minimise. It treats conflict as a source of innovation and performance — something to keep, work, and let show you the way through.

Karl works across the globe and across sectors, with individuals and teams at the operational level and with whole organisations at the strategic level — helping them harness their own thinking and the collective intelligence of their people.
