Hosting is where your practitioner journey moves from personal insight to other-focus. As a Conflict Club Host, you step into the role of community builder — inviting others into the Conflict Club, supporting their early development, and creating the relational conditions that make real transformation possible.

This level is deliberately distinct from delivery. You won't be facilitating transformation work — you'll be developing something more foundational: the developmental stance, relational awareness, and genuine other-focus that makes later facilitation clean, ethical, and effective.
